The referral directory includes network members from the six South London boroughs of Bromley, Croydon, Kingston, Merton, Richmond and Sutton as well as the nextstep providers.
There are many providers in the South London area that offer information, advice and guidance services to adults. This referral directory has been compiled on behalf of members of the wider IAG network. Its purpose is to enable partners to refer clients or potential clients to the appropriate provider of IAG services. Partner members such as Jobcentre Plus, learndirect, Connexions, Citizens Advice Bureaux, Libraries and Community and Voluntary groups can also use the referral directory as a signpost to help clients. All organisations that make referrals can now do so, safe in the knowledge that the referral is relevant and appropriate. It is also envisaged that the referral directory will help to increase referrals to providers by offering the client the most local and relevant provider in their area. Also, specialist advice like Basic Skills and ESOL on offer by providers will be identifiable through the directory.
